Here are some questions and our answers you might possible have. If we don't have your questions, just give us a call and we will gladly answer them for you.


Do I have to have my own authority to utilize your service?


We do prefer that you have your own authority. However, if you don't and you are leased on to a carrier, with their written permission we can be of service.  If you don't have your authority and are interested in leasing to our trucking company, we can help you with this.

Do I have to use your services all the time?


Not at all. We do have many of our clients that utilize us all the time for their load finding needs. Some use us a majority of the time, and yet others use us on an as needed basis. (The only thing we ask, is that you give us as much time as possible ahead so we can better plan for your needs, and if your status changes, let us know as well). Communication is the big key here!

Do you check the credit of a potential broker/shipper?


Yes we do. We utilize the credit reporting system provided by our affiliate Factoring company for all loads secured. We will do everything in our power in selecting brokers/shippers that are credit worthy. However, LoadSniffer cannot be held liable for collections actions. We will help you to the best of our abilities in resolving issues should they arise.

What if I find my own load?


That's okay with us. All we ask is that you immediately notify us if you have secured a load on your own. We can then handle all of your paperwork in completing the load. We will then post your truck for your next load.

Account Set UP


We hope that we have been able to answer your questions and concerns about our services and how they work. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly answer them for you.

Once you are ready, we need to have the following items completed before we can activate your account.


LOAD SNIFFER DISPATCH REQUIRED PAPERWORK
1.A completed Agreement For Dispatch Services form completed and signed.
2.A completed and signed Limited Power of Attorney form on file. (This allows us to represent you and your company in setting up your company with brokerage firms.)
3.A completed Company Profile sheet. Please be as detailed as possible.
4.If you have multiple units, please complete the Multiple Truck/Trailer Assignments form.
If you are already set up with a Factoring Company we need that information. If you are not and would like information on factoring, let us know.
